During the time of the incident (1:20pm-2:30pm US Eastern), campaign sending was delayed. We are currently processing and repairing campaigns that were scheduled or modified during that time.

Identified -
Starting at 1:20 PM US Eastern Time, Klaviyo began experiencing issues with Email and Push Campaigns. Campaigns currently cannot be created, edited, sent, or scheduled, both in the app and via APIs. There is no data loss.
The root cause has been identified, and we are actively working to restore campaign sending and scheduling functionality. We will continue to provide updates.
