Identified - We have identified an issue impacting roughly 12.5% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated since 10:15 AM (Eastern Time) on October 23, 2020 for impacted metrics. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We expect metrics to catch up in the next 6 hours and will provide updates as they become available.

In the meantime, segments can be used to pull analytics counts. To do so:
1. Create a new segment
2. Include a segment condition for what someone has done (or not done)
3. Choose the open / click / conversion metric
4. Click to "Add Filter" and select where "Message" equals

Update - We have fixed the source of the issue affecting the Collections meta-data in Shopify integration events. This means that going forward from 8pm (US Eastern Time) Collections meta-data will be properly processed in flow filters, flow splits, segments, and reporting.

Over the next several days, we will be repairing product feeds that rely on Collections meta-data. The meta-data of any Shopify events received during the impact window of 12pm September 28 (US Eastern Time) to 8pm October 1 (US Eastern Time) will not be retroactively modified. We will post another update once the repairs are complete.

Identified - We have identified an issue with the Collections meta-data in Shopify integration events. Since Monday at 12pm US Eastern Time, flow filters, flow splits, segments, and reports utilizing the Collections meta-data in Shopify events have been evaluating incorrectly. As a result some emails might be incorrectly triggered. We are working towards a fix now.

Monitoring - Error rates for all APIs have subsided, and events are now processing. Flow-triggering, segmentation and all analytics are now delayed but we are actively burning down the backlog of events, and expect to be caught up 2-3 hours. All failed flow sends during this time will be replayed. We will post another update once all delays have subsided, and we will monitor this incident until it has been resolved.

Identified - We have identified an issue impacting Klaviyo APIs and certain pages to load across the Klaviyo application. Beginning at 12:02PM Eastern Time on October 15, users may see an error returned when trying to use subscription, list and profile APIs. Additionally, users will see pages time out within Klaviyo. Investigating - We are investigating an issue with delays in email sending and errors on certain pages of the Klaviyo App. Beginning around 1:30PM Eastern Time on October 14, users visiting email templates, campaigns and flows pages will see an error. Campaigns cannot be scheduled and emails sending is delayed. We are working towards a fix now.

Update - All analytics from the September 16 4pm to 9pm time window have been replayed. As a result, all instances of under-counted events for campaigns or flows during this time window have been fixed.

We are still replaying analytics affecting a subset of unique counts, and we anticipate the repair for these metrics to complete within the next week. Until then, unique counts for affected metrics could be over-counted. We will post an update once the full analytics replay has been completed.

Once the processing is in realtime, some analytics metrics may appear inaccurate such as unique counts and events received from 4PM to 9PM ET (Eastern Time). These analytics will be replayed over the next several days.
