Update -
We have fixed the underlying issue. Segmentation, metric-triggered Flows, and Analytics are currently delayed by up to 3 hours, but we are actively working to reduce the backlog of events. We expect events to be real-time in the next 2-4 hours. We will post another update once all delays have subsided, and we will monitor this incident until it has been resolved.

Identified -
We have identified an issue causing event processing delays up to 3 hours across integration and API metrics. Segmentation and flow triggering will be delayed for impacted metrics, and analytics across reports and dashboards may appear out of date.
