We believe that mail relaying is working as expected again. Campaigns are being processed as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation closely.

Identified

We have determined that our upstream mail relays are having issues and currently no e-mails are being sent. Scheduled campaigns will be sent later--specific timing is yet to be determined. The upstream mail relays are being actively worked on and we will provide an update as they come fully online.

Investigating

We are investigating issues relaying mail outbound. This is our highest priority and we will provide more detail shortly.
