Beginning at 10:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Saturday, October 14, 2023, Klaviyo's Engineering team will perform maintenance on our infrastructure for event ingestion.
We expect the maintenance period to last up to 4 hours. During this time, live events will not be available in segments, flows, and reports. Updates to segments and reports, and flow triggers based on events will be delayed for the duration of maintenance.
Please note that no data will be lost. Events will be processed and available after the maintenance period. Downstream features like segments, flows, and reports will run as expected once maintenance is completed. Events used in flows and ingested during the maintenance period will be processed and trigger their appropriate flows once the maintenance is complete.
