Event processing has fully recovered and is back to processing in realtime. Segmentation is still delayed, we are working to get it back to processing in realtime within the next hour.

We have identified the source of delays. Event processing is recovering and should be back to realtime within an hour. Email sending is still unaffected. Segmentation is still delayed. We are working to resolve the delays and will provide another update shortly.
