Klaviyo's Engineering Team was able to successfully execute the required updates to our events infrastructure today without any platform downtime. We will no longer need to perform this scheduled maintenance as planned.

Beginning at 4:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, Klaviyo Engineering will perform maintenance on our events infrastructure.
During this 2 hour maintenance window, a subset of customers will observe up to 45 minute delays in live event processing. This delay will impact live event updates to segmentation, reports, and flow triggers. No data will be lost and all delayed events will be processed after the maintenance period ends, at which point real-time event processing will resume.
