Beginning at 6:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Monday, July 6, 2026, Klaviyo's Engineering team will perform maintenance on our infrastructure for consent.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 1 hour. During this time, in-app and API operations related to SMS and Whatsapp Consent may be temporarily unavailable. This includes subscribes and unsubscribes. Please note that no data will be lost during this maintenance and these features should run as expected once maintenance has completed.
