After making some configuration updates to affected customers overnight it appears that deliverability to Gmail is approaching normal levels. We continue to monitor the situation closely. Accounts should resume normal campaign sending.

Update
At this time we do not believe most Klaviyo customers are affected. We are making configuration changes to e-mail settings to attempt to improve deliverability of negatively impacted customers. We will continue to monitor the situation closely

We continue to see issues with Gmail flagging e-mail campaigns for some customers as being associated with phishing attacks. We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to update click tracking links to a new URL.

Update
We have determined that Gmail is the ISP that is flagging email as phishing attacks. This is our highest priority and we are actively working to resolve this.
