We have completed repairs to re-queue all flow emails skipped due to this incident. We are conducting additional due dilligence to identify any further outstanding repairs.

We have identified the root cause of the issue and released a fix. New subscribers will now once again get added to lists as expected, and queued for relevant flows in real-time. We are currently in the process of determining scope of impact and initiating necessary repairs.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an incident where new subscribers are not getting added to lists successfully for some accounts. Impacted accounts may observe lists appearing empty without new members. Flows setup to trigger off these lists are also impacted, with flow emails set to send to new subscribers getting skipped. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
