We can confirm we have removed all contacts that were incorrectly associated from impacted Smile-integrated Klaviyo accounts. More detailed communication will be shared directly with impacted accounts in follow up.

We are aware of an issue where Smile.io has incorrectly associated customer profile data across multiple Klaviyo accounts with active Smile.io integrations. We are working closely with Smile.io on this incident to remove any incorrect associations. We will provide an update as more information becomes available.
