Our database maintenance is taking longer than expected due to unforeseen delays in snapshotting database state. At this time we expect the platform maintenance to extend potentially past 1AM EST but are working to bring the platform online for periods over the next hour.

We will be performing routine database maintenance in our efforts to improve Klaviyo reliability and scalability. During the maintenance window the Klaviyo application will be briefly unavailable and scheduled email campaigns may be slightly delayed. This maintenance includes database performance improvements identified after analysis following the Klaviyo platform outages last week.
