Flow emails with dynamic Shopify coupons are being sent as expected.

Monitoring

We’ve resolved the underlying issue and are continuing to monitor the situation. Many flow emails with dynamic Shopify discount codes are being sent in real-time and delays are decreasing. Flow emails without dynamic discount codes are not affected.

Update

We’re continuing to process the backlog of delayed flow messages. The issue affects only some flow messages that include a Shopify dynamic coupon.

Identified

We are aware of a delay in sending flow emails that include Shopify dynamic coupon codes. We have identified the root cause and released a fix, and are currently working through the backlog of delayed messages.
