Beginning at 4:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, Klaviyo Engineering will perform maintenance on our events infrastructure.
During this 1 hour maintenance window, a subset of customers will observe up to 30 minute delays in live event processing. This delay will impact live event updates to segmentation, reports, and flow triggers. No data will be lost and all delayed events will be processed after the maintenance period ends, at which point real-time event processing will resume.
