Beginning at 6:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Thursday, October 7, 2021, Klaviyo’s Engineering team will be performing maintenance on our event processing infrastructure.
We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 4-5 hours. During the first hours of this window, analytics across the platform including Campaign, Flow, and Dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated. Campaign sending, flow trigging, and real-time segmentation, will not be impacted.
