Event Pipeline Queue Delays

Engineering discovered an issue with the Event Pipeline queue. This issue began at approximately 7.15PM EST on 12/22/23 and was fixed at 8.45PM EST on the same day. No data was lost and the events were delayed by 60 minutes during this period. As a result of the fix, the events are back to real-time.
