Flow email sending is now back to real-time. We are continuing to monitor, but can confirm systems are once again fully operational and functioning without delays.

Update

We are actively working to address persisting flow email sending delays and will continue to provide periodic updates until the backup is resolved and sending is back to real-time. Flow emails may currently send with delays up to 1.5 hours.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a backup in flow email sending, where flow emails may be delayed up to one hour. We are adding capacity to reduce and fully resolve the current backup, and will provide an update within the next 30 minutes.
