Identified

We have identified an issue with our analytics processing infrastructure that is causing up to 6 hour delays for approximately 50% of all metrics. This may be causing campaign, flow, and dashboard reports to appear outdated. No data has been lost, and email sending and real-time segmentation are not impacted. We will provide further updates once we have better clarity on time to resolution.
