Real-time segmentation has caught up and is once again processing in real-time. We have made several performance enhancements that should prevent these delays from reoccurring and will be monitoring this workload closely.

Monitoring
Real-time segment processing time is normalizing. We are implementing optimizations to boost processing speed and fully eliminate the outstanding delay. The expected delay as of 8AM EDT is 3hrs. We’ll continue monitoring this issue until real-time segment processing is fully stable.

Investigating
We are continuing to investigate persisting delays in real-time segmentation. Segments relying on real-time updates began experiencing escalated delays in processing at approximately 3:00PM EDT on May 1. Flows triggered by real-time segments continue to be impacted, as individuals added to a segment with a delay will enter the triggered flow with the same delay.
