Update
Additional testing was needed before performing tonight's maintenance, and we are still in the process of finishing this testing. As a result, we have decided to reschedule this maintenance window to tomorrow, November 21, at 3:00pm US Eastern Time.

Scheduled
Beginning at 5:30 PM (US Eastern Time) on Friday, November 20, Klaviyo's Engineering team will be performing maintenance on our event processing infrastructure.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 2 hours. During this time, segmentation, flow triggering and campaign sending will not be impacted. However, all analytics, including Campaign reports, Flow reports & Custom Analytics reports will appear outdated.

In addition, A/B Test campaigns with test pool durations during the scheduled maintenance period will not have sufficient data to determine a winner at the end of the test period. For these cases, we will default to Variation A.

Thank you for your patience.
