The delays resulting from this incident have subsided. We will leave this incident in a Monitoring status due to related downstream capacity issues.
Once those issues are addressed and MMS messages from Toll Free numbers can be sent once again, we will resolve this incident.

Update
The duration of the Toll Free MMS sending delays continues to decrease, and we anticipate to be back to real-time within 1.5 hours.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing delays in Toll Free numbers sending MMS due to a limitation in downstream capacity. This incident began on Friday, November 26 shortly before 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Campaigns, Preview Sends, Flows, Conversations, and Keywords may be impacted. For upcoming sends, we recommend using SMS campaigns.
We are actively working to reduce delays and will continue to provide updates here.
