Beginning at 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Thursday, February 4, 2021, Klaviyo's Engineering team will be performing maintenance on our catalog infrastructure.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 16-24 hours. During this time, there will be no updates to product catalogs. Email content powered by catalog(s), such as product recommendations or the catalog lookup tag, may contain stale data (ranging from out-of-date pricing to broken URLs and images) during this window. Email content using event information will not be impacted. Back in Stock Flows will be delayed until after the maintenance window.

After the maintenance period is complete, all catalog updates that occurred during the window will be processed and any queued Back in Stock flows will be sent.
