Beginning at 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Klaviyo's engineering team will perform maintenance on our Flows infrastructure.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 4 hours. During this time, in-app and API operations related to Flows may be temporarily unavailable for up to 30 minutes. This includes viewing or editing a flow, accessing flow analytics, and flow sending. Please note that no data will be lost during this maintenance, and all delayed data and message processing will resume within 30 minutes.
