Update

We've identified the root cause of the issue and have repaired it. Flow emails are actively sending and we should be fully caught up within the next 3 hours.

Investigating

We are investigating a back up in flow messages being sent. Flow messages are currently being sent and we are working through the backlog.

We will provide more detail within the next 30 minutes.
