Beginning at 8:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Monday, December 9, 2023, Klaviyo's Engineering team will perform maintenance on our profiles infrastructure.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 1 hour. During this time, in-app and API operations related to Profiles may be temporarily unavailable. This includes creating and updating profiles, merging multiple profiles, and exporting and importing profiles. At the completion of the maintenance window, any failed Profiles actions can be attempted again. No other Klaviyo functionality will be impacted.
