Beginning at 7:00 PM (US Eastern Time) on Thursday, September 21, 2023, Klaviyo's Engineering team will perform maintenance on our infrastructure for profiles.

We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 2 hours. During this time, in-app and API operations related to Profiles may be temporarily unavailable. This includes creating and updating profiles, merging multiple profiles, and exporting and importing profiles. Please note that no data will be lost during this maintenance, and these features should run as expected once maintenance has completed.
