Back in stock on-site forms failing for Shopify widget users

Beginning at 8:45 AM (US Eastern Time) on Friday, May 31, 2024 through 6:44 AM (US Eastern Time) on Monday, June 03, 2024, customers may have experienced disruption related to onsite Back in Stock form submissions. During this time, a portion of Back in Stock form submissions failed and were not processed. The underlying issue has been fixed and Back in Stock forms have since continued to process without error.
