Monitoring

We have resolved the WooCommerce integration issue. We are in the process of replaying events during the outage period of 9:30am-11:15am (Eastern Time). As a result, any messages triggered by these replayed events have begun to send. We expect all events impacted by the outage to be processed by 12:30pm (Eastern Time). Any event occurring after 11:15am is syncing normally.

Identified

We are investigating an issue with syncing events from our WooCommerce integration starting at 9:30am. We are working towards a fix now. Once resolved, we plan to replay the integration syncs during the outage.
