We are back to real-time processing for all new events. Metrics within Campaign, Flow, and Dashboard reports moving forward should populate on-time as expected. We are actively working through the backlog of events that remain unprocessed or delayed from the duration of the incident and will continue to post updates here as we resolve this backlog.

We expect to be processing all new events in real-time by midnight EDT for the 25% of metrics that continue to be impacted by this incident. For a subset of accounts, key metrics—including deliveries, opens, or clicks—may continue to appear unpopulated or delayed across Campaign, Flow, and Dashboard reports. Actual sends and deliveries are not impacted and no data is lost.

Our teams continue to actively work on this issue. At this time, we believe it will be another 24-48 hours before we are back to real-time processing for the approximately 25% of Klaviyo metrics that continue to be impacted by this analytics incident.

We are working to scale up capacity so that we will be back to processing all new events in real-time over the next 12-24 hours. We will then continue working through any outstanding backlog of delayed events from the duration of this incident.

We are currently experiencing sustained event processing delays for a subset of Klaviyo metrics. Certain metrics within Campaign, Flow, and Dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated by several hours. Campaign sending, flow-triggering and real-time segmentation are not impacted, and no data is lost. We will provide updates as we work to mitigate and resolve these analytics delays.
