Beginning at 6:00 AM (US Eastern Time) on Friday, October 18, 2024, Klaviyo Engineering will perform maintenance on our profiles data infrastructure.

During this maintenance window, in-app and API operations related to Profiles may be temporarily unavailable. This includes creating and updating profiles, merging multiple profiles, and exporting and importing profiles. At the completion of this maintenance, all Profiles functionality will be restored and any delayed Profiles actions will complete. No data will be lost during this maintenance and no other Klaviyo functionality will be impacted.
