We have identified an issue impacting the unique generation of dynamic Shopify coupon codes that is leading to the same codes sending to multiple recipients. We are actively working on a resolution and will continue to post updates as new information becomes available. This incident is not impacting real-time flow email sending, and flow emails are currently sending without delays.

We are continuing to investigate the ongoing coupon disruption. Some customers may experience flow message delays if the messages include a coupon code. We will post another update within 30 minutes.
