The scheduled maintenance has finished, but analytics delays may persist as our event processing infrastructure catches up to real-time. We believe all analytics will be back to real-time in approximately 3-4 hours, and will post further updates once all delays have been resolved.

Several issues were encountered during maintenance overnight. We have worked through these issues but expect it will still take several hours for analytics to return to real time. We will post further updates once we have a more accurate estimated time to completion.

Beginning at 5:30 PM (US Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 12, 2021, Klaviyo's Engineering team will be performing maintenance on our event processing infrastructure for approximately 75% of all metrics.
We expect the maintenance period to last approximately 4-5 hours. During this time, all analytics, including Campaign reports, Flow reports & Custom Analytics reports will appear outdated for impacted metrics. However, segmentation, flow triggering and campaign sending will not be impacted.
